We have multiple properties in the vicinity of N Block Greater Kailash-1. We are at a walking distance, approx. 650m from LSR (Lady Shri Ram) college, 2.0 km from Gargi College, 2.4 km from Kamla Nehru college, 4.8 km from Dyal Singh college, 3.5 km from Bhagat Singh college, 8.5 km from Jesus & Mary College to name a few.
Yes, apart from the double, triple sharing rooms we do have single rooms as well. But just like any other they are subject to availability.
Yes, many rooms have attached facilities, but few others also have facilities exclusive to the room but not directly connected which many of our residents really appreciate.
You will be needing to bring a pillow, bed sheets, bed covers, pillow cover & a bucket.
All our properties are CCTV monitored, with only supervised entrance. Along with that, the locality is a gated community where the colony gates are all closed by 9 pm, post which only one gate is operated with guards posted on the scene. We have 2 colony guards patrolling each lane during the night hours to ensure the safety of the residents.
Yes, to maintain a certain level of discipline and safety concerns we insist on sticking to the curfew timings of 10:30- 11:00 pm. We do understand that there might be unavoidable delays sometimes and they are accepted but only as exceptions with due permission from the parents.
We have multiple rooms- Single along with Double & Triple sharing. Each room might have distinctive feature like attached washroom, Balcony facing, Garden facing which do affect the pricing, even which floor the room is on affects the charges. Therefore, we have a price range varying from INR 12k to 20k depending on the room you finalize.
The facilities included are All three meals (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner), Wi-Fi connectivity, housekeeping & laundry.
We have washing machines available for your usage along with that laundry services are also outsourced to local maids who do visit the properties on daily basis and hand-wash your clothes for a very economical monthly charge.
You do get a bed with a plush mattress on top along with a cupboard and a study table.
